Tradescantia zebrina 'Little Hill' keeps the familiar silver striping and purple underside of zebrina but presents it on slightly smaller, tidier foliage, which makes the plant easier to keep dense and plush in compact containers. It trails quickly from baskets and shelves, yet regular pinching encourages a fuller cushion instead of long bare runners, so it is useful where you want colour without a messy sprawl.
Bright indirect light helps the metallic striping stay strong, while an airy mix and watering once the upper layer dries slightly protect the roots and keep new growth cleaner. Because it propagates so easily from cuttings, it is also a practical cultivar for topping up the pot whenever you want a thicker, more finished look. Tip pinching helps.
