Hoya GFM-04 is a code-named collector clone grown primarily for bold, sculptural foliage that can shift from green into deep bronze-red when light is strong enough. The leaves are broad, leathery, and sharply veined, so even without a confirmed species identity or reliable bloom data, the plant already holds enough visual interest to justify a place in a serious Hoya collection.
Its growth is not especially fast, but that slow pace suits the plant because each new leaf adds more presence rather than just more length. For growers who enjoy foliage Hoyas with evolving colour and a slightly mysterious background, Hoya GFM-04 offers the appeal of a named clone that changes character noticeably as conditions improve and the leaf colour deepens.
