Ficus benjamina 'Danielle' is the darker, tidier weeping fig for growers who like the classic ficus tree form but want a denser, more polished canopy. The small glossy leaves read almost black-green in some light, and the plant builds a neat crown that suits standards, braids, formal indoor trees, and even restrained office planting.
It still behaves like a ficus, which means sudden changes in light, temperature, or watering can trigger leaf drop, but once settled it becomes a reliable evergreen anchor with very little visual fuss. Bright indirect light, moderate watering after partial drying, decent humidity, and minimal relocation are what keep it dense and presentable instead of thin, shedding, and obviously stressed.
