Aglaonema 'Greyhound' runs cool silver over narrower green leaves, giving it a more streamlined and slightly metallic look than the broader, softer silver cultivars in the genus. The plant usually forms a tidy upright clump around 50–70 cm tall, so it suits minimalist rooms, modern workspaces, and any setting where you want foliage that feels sleek rather than lush and bulky.
It is still a Chinese evergreen at heart, so it tolerates low to moderate light better than many silver-leaved tropicals, though brighter indirect light keeps the cool tones clearer and the habit more compact. Water once the upper layer has dried, keep the substrate well drained and lightly airy, and avoid cold drafts or persistently soggy soil. Moderate indoor humidity is enough, and regular gentle feeding during active growth helps maintain the crisp, polished look without forcing soft growth.
