Aeschynanthus radicans 'Bolero Bicolour' stays decorative even out of bloom because the glossy leaves are splashed in cream to yellow, then turns more dramatic once scarlet tubular flowers appear. Its stems trail to around 40–60 cm, making it easy to place in baskets or on shelf edges where the dual-colour foliage can drape naturally.
Give it bright filtered light to keep the variegation clear, but avoid harsh midday sun that can mark the paler sections. A loose, fast-draining mix and partial drying between waterings suit its epiphytic roots.
Good light, moderate humidity, and regular but restrained feeding help blooming, while cold shocks or heavy, wet substrate are more likely to cause leaf drop than ordinary short dry spells. It is generally considered non-toxic.
